FOOD INTOLERANCE TESTING

Kinesiology can be used to test for food intolerances. When intolerances are found, it is recommended to stop the intake of these foods for 3-4 months and/or to look further at the digestive system to investigate why these foods are not being digested properly and/or causing problems. Food intolerances can cause a multitude of symptoms and some take a while to cause an effect making it difficult to work out what foods are the culprits. Commonly problematic foods include: wheat, oats, soya, dairy, sugar and caffeine but my test kit contains many more food types for testing.
